  • What does the service include?
    Renting the items for the agreed amount of time.

  • How to return the equipment?
    ​The equipment can be given back uncleaned and inside their own cases, but without any residue of food or drinks. There is no refund for unused or clean items.

  • I need help to create my event!
    ​Our service offers you a visit to the location of the event, where we will guide you through everything, like planning, design and logistics of the event.
    
  • ​Can you bring and set up my order?
    ​Of course we can, we have a transport, setup and dissemble service.

  • How do I reserve my order?
    - 50% of the price has to be paid to confirm your booking.
    - The other 50% will be paid 48 hours before reception of the equipment, plus a 20% security deposit of the total invoice.

  • Ways of payment?
    Pay in cash at our office, or with credit card (except American Express), or by bank transfer.​
  • What will happen if something is lost or broken?​
    Any broken or lost items will be taken off the 20% deposit.
